Our Quality Policy

PHCCCO is committed to continually improve its service standards tosatisfy the growing needs of its members.It shall ensure that the voice of its members is heard throughout the Organization so that services will meet Members’ requirements as well as applicable regulatory requirements.It shall continually improve its processes to produce quality financialand support services in co-operation with related organizations.It shall establish, implement and improve its Quality ManagementSystem in compliance with ISO 9000 requirements.

Our Quality Objective

1. To improve COOP PESOS rating from 60% to 85% within 3 years.
2. To maintain ISO 9001-2000 Standard inall levels of operation.
